Application and Enrollment Process (JK – Gr. 8)

Phase 1: Discovery & Inquiry

• Explore Selm Academy: Learn more through our website or admissions office.
• School Tours: Visit campus in person from Mid-September to Mid-December 2025.
• Open House: Meet staff and explore our programs on November 22, 2025.

Phase 2: The Application

• Submit Application: Complete the online form and pay the application fee from September 3, 2025 to February 27, 2026.
• Scholarship/Subsidy: Submit financial aid applications by March 29, 2026.

Phase 3: Assessment & Evaluation

• Admission Exam: All new applicants write the SELM exam on March 29, 2026.
• Family Interview: Shortlisted families meet with administration on April 4 or 11, 2026.

Phase 4: Placement & Enrollment

• Returning Student Re-Enrollment: Current families confirm their spot for the next year during the week of April 20, 2026.
• New Student Admission Decisions: Decisions are announced to new applicants on April 27, 2026.
• Final Enrollment: New families finalize enrollment and pay the deposit by May 3, 2026.
• First Day of School: The academic year begins on September 7, 2026.
